Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven individual to support HR processes in the EMEA region, specifically for Poland.
HR Generalist will be responsible for partnering with local leadership teams to create and implement HR programs and initiatives in line with Global HR strategy.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on human resources operational issues and initiatives to meet management needs and in accordance with company and HR policies and procedures.
To coach and support end users of HR systems and processes, collaborating with HR Shared Services as necessary to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Support new hire and termination processes ensuring managers comply with company requirements to include new employee onboarding and conducting exit interviews.
Assist with delivering various HR plans and procedures, assisting in development and implementation of HR policies and ensuring effective communication of new or updated policies and procedures.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Design and develop initiatives and programs to support our people strategy and core values.
Work proactively with managers to identify key drivers for absenteeism, turnover and poor performance.
Administer compensation reviews, monitor and support performance evaluation and employee recognition programs as required.
Manage employee relations counselling and investigations as required, representing HR at related meetings and hearings.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures as well as employment laws.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years in a similar position or relevant HR roles / projects Proven experience with HR policies, procedures, systems and trainings Fluency in English.
Excellent communicator who is used to deal with people at different levels within an international organization.
Strong sense of accountability and quality.
Willing to be hands-on.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What do we offer:
